Gov Sindh recommends to send Memon’s case to FIA cybercrime wing

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori’s spokesperson said that Governor has recommended to send case against Naseem Memon by Provincial Ombudsman to FIA Cyber.

Crime Wing for further investigation. Due to legal and technical flaws in Workplace Act 2010, case is being sent back to Sindh provincial ombudsman. FIA cybercrime wing should determine ownership of referred Facebook account, verification of IP addresses and devices of both parties is required. Spokesperson of Governor has said that provincial ombudsman will return case. Execution of his November 24 order is temporarily suspended while sending.
