Gov Kamran Tessori’s message on Kashmir Black Day

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori on Kashmir Black Day observed against India’s unlawful occupation of Kashmir said that October 27, 1947, remains one of darkest days in South Asian history, marking day when India deployed its forces in Kashmir.

He emphasised that India’s oppressive tactics have not diminished the resolve of Kashmiri people.

Governor Kamran Tessori added that for decades, resilient people of Kashmir have bravely withstood atrocities committed by Indian forces, with countless sacrifices made in their freedom struggle only strengthening their resolve.

He further condemned India’s brutal actions and stated that these actions have failed to hinder Kashmiri people’s quest for self-determination.

He called on United Nations and international community to urgently address the grave human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.
