Gen (retd) Bajwa data leak case adjourned

ISLAMABAD: A local court in Islamabad adjourning hearing of case relating to data leakage of former Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa after showing displeasure over non-filing of case challan.

Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah conducted hearing. Accused Shahzad Niaz, Arshad Ali and Muhammad Adeel were present in court. Court issued show-cause notice to SHO over non-filing of case challan, seeking his reply on next hearing. After issuing directive for submitting case, challan court adjourned hearing of case until May 3.
