GE Foundation announces grant-in aid $100,000 for flood-medical facilities

Islamabad: GE Foundation today announced donation of $ 100,000 to provide immediate relief to Pakistan, which is currently experiencing extreme flooding across country. Donation will fund Americares response to floods and help to provide immediate and direct support to country’s medical system.

Specifically, donation will support rehabilitation of 20 health facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). In addition to organisation’s donation, GE employees can support relief efforts through its Matching Gifts Programme.
