Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) released an exciting video on Thursday, showcasing the ongoing renovations at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore ahead of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025.

The video highlights the extensive renovations being carried out under the leadership of PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, who has played an active role in ensuring the stadium’s refurbishment is completed within five months. The footage provides a preview of the stadium’s modernised features, including newly installed seats and state-of-the-art facilities. One of the key upgrades is the floodlight towers, now equipped with new bulbs designed to offer enhanced illumination for matches.  Additionally, two digital screens are being installed to improve the fan experience, with one already completed. The video also showcases the finishing touches being applied to the stands, which aim to offer a more comfortable and vibrant atmosphere for spectators. Gaddafi Stadium will first host a tri-nation series featuring Pakistan, New Zealand, and South Africa, followed by the Champions Trophy, starting February 19.
