KARACHI: Former IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon has said that the enemy of Pakistan is looking to use our children for drug use and terrorism and activities against the country. 20 years ago I established a center for orphans, now this work has increased, and started an educational and residential project organized by Aitmaad Trust on an area of 4 and a half acres in Badin. 40% of the work will be completed soon, more than 300 children will currently study in the educational institution and residence organized by the trust.

Consul General of Oman Abdullah Khanjrani, Head of JDG Zafar Abbas, Hamza Yaqoob Tabani, Abdullah Akhtar, Zain Mandia, Adnan Absar Siddiqui, Afan Zeeshan, Samir Saber, Bilawal Ahmed, Aamir Chauthani and others attended the ceremony.

People actively participated in fundraising and some people donated up to 50 lakh rupees anonymously and funds of crores of rupees were collected. To help orphans and destitute children, so that in the future these children can play their role in the era of challenges, he said that these children will be educated in higher schools, colleges, and universities on behalf of the trust and they will get the necessary education. But they will also be sent abroad.
