ISLAMABAD: Pakistan authorities have given briefing to foreign ambassadors and diplomats in backdrop of prevailing security situation in country. According to sources over 100 foreign ambassadors and diplomats attended briefing. They were given briefing by foreign secretary, interior secretary and security authorities. IG Islamabad Nasir Akbar Khan informed them about  security situation. It was told in briefing security arrangements in federal capital are far better. Foreign citizens can move freely.

According to sources questions were asked by different ambassadors and authorities concerned gave replies to these questions. Foreign ambassadors and diplomats were apprised of progress made in investigation into sector i-10 blast. Diplomats termed  briefing satisfactory.
