ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will go to India on May 4 despite reservations of Foreign Ministry. He will participate in Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers meeting.

According to foreign office sources SCO foreign ministers meeting will take place in Indian city Goa. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also meet foreign ministers of other countries on sidelines of SCO meeting.

Bilawal meeting with Indian foreign minister could not be settled FO said as per information received by it posters have been displayed against Bilawal Bhutto in Indian city Goa. Remarks no entry has been written with picture of Bilawal Bhutto.

In times past, visit of Pakistani foreign minister to India would create frisson of hope for some forward movement or "Breakthrough" in always difficult and problematic bilateral relationship. This time is different.

As Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who has confirmed his participation in meeting of Shanghai Co-operation Organisation (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers in Goa next week, prepares for visit, both sides are keeping expectations low, framing visit as purely multilateral obligation.

After reports of Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari heading his country's delegate to attend Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit, Union external affairs minister said it will not be appropriate to focus on particular member and said India, as host has been inviting all SCO member states for events that are underway.
