Final year students of Jinnah Varsity donates wheelers to hospitals

KARACHI: Students of Jinnah University for Women of Business Administration Department identified lacking in hospitals of Karachi and made efforts to resolve it. Through personal experiences and surveys they have got to know that there is lacking of proper medical equipment, electricity issues, wheelchairs and hospital beds etc in most of hospitals.

After realising these issues, students to fulfill basic needs of wheelchairs in Sindh Government Qatar Hospital Orangi Town and Mowlu Jumma Hospital and Maternity Home Saddar. Visiting Qatar Hospital they realised wheelchairs in Hospital were not in perfect condition. Later they donated four wheelchairs to Qatar Hospital. Mowlu Jumma does not have any wheelchairs for patients and they were having immediate need of wheelchairs. To fulfill this issue students donated four wheelchairs to Hospital as well. 

This charitable task was not possible without co-operation of Hino Pak and our angel investors. With help of these philanthropists we have achieved our goal in time effectively.  Constant support and motivation encouraged us to perform our role for developing community. We would like to thank our course instructor Maria Syed and all those people who have directly and indirectly helped us to avail this opportunity to do this project.
