Female judge threatening case: Review appeal hearing adjourned

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad district court has adjourned hearing of review appeal regarding issuance of court’s notice in female judge threatening case against Imran Khan due to non-availability of counsel.

Gauhar Ali Khan counsel for Imran Khan appeared in court of additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra. Saghir Ali, investigation officer of Margalla Police Station appeared in court along with record. Gauhar Ali Khan counsel for Imran Khan requested court to adjourn hearing.

He told court Lawyer Naeem Panjutha was to appear on behalf of Imran Khan who is in Lahore at present. He requested court counsel for Imran Khan is not available today, therefore, hearing be adjourned. Court adjourned hearing of case till May 3.
