LARKANA: PDM Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said Imran Khan is international and imported thief therefore he should be held accountable. "I am still worried as to why no action has been taken so far against him.
As to why they are showing so leniency to this criminal who has denigrated noble politicians of Pakistan. Talking to media men here yesterday he said Imran Khan has tried to make appointment of new Army Chief controversial. Supposedly if any meeting has taken place it means it has remained inconclusive. Chairman PTI is attacking every institution including Army, Parliament, judiciary and Election Commission. He has spared no institution.
If any institution gives decision in his favour then it is a big justice provider and if this institution gives decision against him then they become traitors. I want to make it clear one thing that Imran Khan has ended and his politics has become restricted. Neither we are deterred by him nor we want to give him right to make any interference in appointment of Army Chief. Constitution assigns this responsibility to whom, he will discharge this obligation. He will perform this duty as per Constitution. He questioned who is Imran Khan for asking from government that who has to appoint Army Chief.
Is no system in place here? Is it not a country or state. We want to tell him in clear terms that everything will be done as per Constitution no matter how much he cries. To a question about registration of cases against Marrium and Javed Latif in Punjab, he said Punjab government itself is weak and perhaps it will reverse. He said Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged. Nawaz Sharif was ousted from power. Shehbaz Sharif and his family members were jailed and then UN did not realise it. But when action was taken against him then why UN got concerned. Imran Khan wants to deceive nation in name of freedom but we will free nation from such elements, he remarked.
