Faysal Quraishi is known for his stellar performances in challenging characters. In recent interview with Har Pal Geo, he talked about fans’ feedback on Khaie’s storyline. He talked about complaints of people regarding stereotyping Pakhtoons in Pakistani dramas.

He said, “I am receiving lot of messages of people who told me without mentioning names of their tribes and areas that they moved out from their native areas because of such rivalries, because their ancestors were indulged in rivalries and it was difficult for them to live in those areas.

We are also receiving lot of complaints of Pakhtoons and other people who are saying that we always stereotype Pakhtoons in dramas. Wajahat already told us that Khaie will be fictional world, so people should enjoy that as fictional story”.
