Fawad Ch could not be indicted in inciting govt employees case

ISLAMABAD: Former Minister Fawad Chaudhry could not be indicted in case of inciting government employees. Local court of Islamabad while accepting exemption plea of Fawad Chaudhry fixed date of October 3 in connection with indictment proceedings.
Case against former Minister Fawad Chaudhry for inciting government employees came up for hearing before Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.
Fawad Chadhry did not appear in court and his counsel presented exemption from attendance application in court taking plea mother of his client is sick and he had to go to Lahore in this regard. Therefore, he cannot appear in court.
Court while accepting exemption plea directed that his attendance be ensured on next hearing. Indictment proceedings against Fawad Chaudhry was adjourned till October 3.
