ISLAMABAD: Fawad Chaudhry could not be indicted in case of inciting government employees. Fawad Chaudhry appeared in court of Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra. Defence counsel Faisal Chaudhry and prosecutor Khanzada Khan also appeared in court.

Fawad Chaudhry filed his acquittal plea in court through his counsel Faisal Chaudhry. He took plea in his acquittal plea politically motivated case against him has been made. There is neither any evidence in case nor clauses imposed in FIR are applicable to him. Evidence of basic nature could not be obtained through challan.

He took plea plaintiff is employee of Election Commission. Statement of employee has not been included to support statement. It does not seem from record that hatred or provocation has been fomented through speech.

He requested court to accept his acquittal plea in this case. Indictment cannot be framed. Court while issuing notice to respondents adjourned hearing till October 23.
