Faryal Talpur reaffirms commitment to protect minority rights

GHOTKI: Faryal Talpur member Sindh Assembly and President of Pakistan Peoples’ Party Women’s Wing visited Dargah Rairki Sahib in Ghotki on one-day trip. Visit was aimed at connecting with local community and reaffirming PPP’s commitment to protecting rights of minorities, according to party statement.
Talpur was accompanied by various important political and government personalities, including Nisar Khoro, PPP Provincial President, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Minister for Local Government and other influential members of party.
Delegation met with Sain Sad Ram, head of Dargah Rairki Sahib, where Talpur assured him that PPP government always prioritises protection of minority rights and will not tolerate any negligence in this regard.
Expressing gratitude for Talpur’s visit, Sain Sad Ram acknowledged that PPP government has consistently addressed issues faced by minority community in Sindh, particularly Hindu community. He emphasised that visit of Faryal Talpur further strengthened their confidence in PPP’s dedication to serving minority community.
