ISLAMABAD: Interior minister Rana Sanaullah said election should be held at same time all over country. “Elections should be held at same time in country. Election in two provinces will lead country to political crisis, anarchy and disorder. If situation turns to anarchy then there is option of emergency in Constitution. After political and economic crisis this fitna khan has laid foundation of judicial crisis, he said this talking to media men along with Law Minister Nazir Tarar outside Supreme Court (SC) here.
He underlined if situation turns to this way then government has option for imposing emergency. Article of emergency is there in Constitution. This Article has not gone anywhere.
He remarked Bilawal has talked of possibility of martial law or emergency. There is justification for it. When all important cases will be heard by same three judges then justification stands created.
He observed why these three judges are in all cases. There is demand from all side that full bench be constituted then what is wrong in accepting it.
He stated we expect that Supreme Court will give such decision which pulls the country out of political crisis and country goes forward in better way.
He observed Prime Minister and law minister presented their stance in parliament on 3-member bench. PTI has also said there is no objection over full bench. This matter be decided through full bench. Learned judges have raised voice from within SC. 4 judges have rejected this suo motu notice. Election case be decided by full court. I hope SC will decide according to voice of people. Justice should be seen to have been done, he remarked. Our stance is stance of entire nation and all bars.
Imran Khan created political crisis after 10 years hard work, he held. One fitna dragged country into crisis after hard work. Country is facing economic crisis along with political crisis. Law minister Nazir Tarar said key to problems lies in democracy.
