ISLAMABAD: PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah said general election will take place in first week of February.

“Nawaz Sharif disqualification has ended. Case in which he was convicted is weak, he said this while talking in morning show of private TV here. He indicated that Nawaz Sharif will file review appeal against his sentence. Bail is sure in it. He claimed that election will be held in first week of February. Election will take place after delimitation of constituencies, he added.

He stated that President Dr Arif Alvi cannot announce date for election after process of delimitation is launched. He underlined transfer/postings take place before election. Criticism by PPP in this regard is unjust. Narrative of transfer/posting suits to PPP before polls.
