Elahi’s bail application hearing postponed

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad adjourned hearing on Parvaiz Elahi’s bail application till today. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC heard application of Elahi and his lawyer Abdul Raziq appeared in court. Prosecution did not submit records even today.

Lawyer requested for medical test of former Chief Minister and court approved request and issued instructions to superintendent of Adiala Jail. Later, court adjourned hearing on PTI President Elahi’s bail application till today.
