Balochistan: A 3.8 magnitude earthquake jolted Lasbela and other parts of Balochistan, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). PMD’s National Seismic Monitoring Centre said  earthquake took place at 2:44pm 103 kilometers northwest of Bela area at depth of 33km. Tremors were felt in Lasebela district and its surroundings.

So far, no casualties or injuries have been reported. In a similar incident last week, two consecutive “moderate” earthquakes struck off coast near Pasni. First earthquake of 5.6 magnitude struck at 6:42pm. It had a depth of 60 kilometres, a longitude of 63.62 East and a latitude of 25.21 North.
