KARACHI: D.T. Sports defeated NHS Super Club by 33-45 points in the opening match of 6th Commissioner Karachi Boys Tournament organized by KBBA at Abdul Nasir Basketballs ring in Arambagh.

On behalf of the winning team, Shawner Ahmed scored 16 points, Abdullah scored 12 points and Ali Rajani scored 12 points. Hamza Arif and Bilal Hamza scored 11 points and Azir Ahmed scored 10 points

Earlier, Deputy Inspector General of Police Traffic Ahmed Nawaz has announced that Traffic Police will soon organize Shohadai Traffic Police Basketball  in Karachi.

DIG Traffic  said that  we can make our society better through the sports field.

He said that the players should participate in the sports field as a true Pakistani.

He paid tributes to Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon for his special attention in the field of sports.

On this occasion, KBBA President Ghulam Muhammad Khan, Khalid Jameel Shamsi, Asghar Baloch, Ghulam Abbas Jamal Advocate also spoke while the event was attended by Muhammad Akhlaq, Asad Ibad Ali, Muhammad Yaqub, Faisal Ali Khan, Salman Karim Mughal and other dignitaries.
