Dr. Ziauddin Welfare Society on ‘success track’ under dynamic leadership of Dr Ammad Hussain

KARACHI: Dr. Ziauddin Welfare Society set up a three-day medical and relief camp for flood-affected people in Hilaya under supervision of Dr. Ammad Hussain Chief Executive of Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals.
Goal of medical and relief camp is to assist flood-affected individuals in Sindh. They endure terrible conditions due to catastrophic floods and lack food, medicine, or shelter. During his camp visit, Dr. Ammad Hussain said that our team from Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, which consists of doctors, medical students, paramedics, nursing and outreach staff is working nonstop there to facilitate flood-affected.
“A relief and medical camp which was set up by Dr. Ziauddin Welfare Society is providing free check-ups, medications, medical support and food supplies to people lying in terrible conditions, such as recent disease which caused after flood patients majorly coming for skin disease, malaria, gastro and diarrhea.
Camp has treated more than 2,000 patients and provided lunch and ration to more than 3,000 flood-affected people in a three-day camp”, Dr. Ammad said. He said that recent countrywide flooding completely destroyed both daily lives of rural communities and lives of wider population. And it is our national duty to help them as much as possible in this difficult time. We will keep continuing our medical and relief camps in different flood-affected areas of Sindh.
