Dr Yasmin, Ijaz Ch indicted in case of torching police vehicles

LAHORE: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has indicted PTI leaders Dr Yasmin Rashid and Ijaz Chaudhry in case of setting ablaze police vehicles on May 9. Court has summoned prosecution witnesses on next hearing.

Case came up for hearing before Admn judge of ATC Amber Gul Khan. Jail authorities presented accused persons before court. During hearing of case court indicted Dr Yasmin Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry and Robina Jamil. Accused pleaded not guilty. Court while summoning statements of prosecution witnesses against accused persons adjourned hearing of case till December 16. Accused are charged with torching Police vehicles in front of Rahat Bakery on May 9. Several new clauses including treason clause have been included in case.
