Dr Sattar discusses political, city matters with Gov Tessori

Karachi: Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Dr. Farooq Sattar and Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori discussed overall political situation of province, measures to improve infrastructure of city, cooperation of federation in various fields and other matters of mutual interest. Governor said that city needs to work together to make it of lights, construction and development of Karachi necessary and it is responsibility of all of us. Meeting with all stakeholders to provide better facilities to citizens is vital we are working to connect people and is ready to go to anyone for this purpose. Dr. Farooq Sattar said that Governor is serving province well and vision of green and green Karachi is being implemented rapidly.

Meanwhile, Governor participated in closing prayer of Orangi Town tablighi congregation. Convener of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui was also with him. In tablighi gathering, special prayers were offered for development and security of country, while prayers were offered for complete end of terrorism from country. Governor said that organisers deserve congratulations for successfully organising such big gathering every year. He added that this gathering has become symbol of Pakistan in terms of religion. Large number of participants is proof of its successful organisation. He said that our salvation is in following teachings of Islam, because we are suffering due to distance from these teachings.

Scholars are doing significant services in propagation and publication of Islam. Organisers thanked Governor and Administrator of Karachi for their full cooperation in organising Tablighi gathering and said that they are grateful to them for excellent arrangements for gathering.
