PPP leader also said that Charter of Karachi is also impressed upon towards strengthening the District government of this city so that it could generate its own revenue and initiate development works. In last 2 years we have taken the revenue of the District Central to the tune of Rs. 1 billion and now it has witnessed a sharp decline and negativity.
