DMC east inaugurates complaint centre in Numaish

KARACHI: Administrator DMC East Syed Shakeel Ahmed for resolve problems being faced by people during Ramadhan set up complaint centre in JDC Camp at Numaish Chowrangi, where Departments of DMC East has started to make it possible to redress complaints received via telephone or digital service.
While complaints related to other institutions need to be forwarded to concerned institution and steps will also be taken to resolve it. Shakeel Ahmed along with JDC Chief Zafar Abbas and former Chairman DMC Korangi Nayyar Raza and others inaugurated complaint centre and received complaints on spot.
Administrator Shakeel Ahmed said that they were adopting every way for resolving municipal problems of citizens. Purpose of setting up complaint centre in JDC camp at Numaish is that thousands of people come here on daily basis who also face various municipal problems now they can lodged complaints here.
He said that in this era of inflation, people need relief, we will try to provide relief to residents of district east by resolving the municipal problems, he appreciated all those people including Zafar Abbas who is playing role in maintaining white color of citizens. After receiving complaints will be sent to department who will report after resolve it.
Zafar Abbas appreciated efforts of Shakeel Ahmed. He said that Shakeel Ahmed is doing good work, at this time Karachi needs those persons who do work and should play role to strengthen hands of those who are working for Karachi.
Focal person Imtiaz Bhutto, Superintending Engineer Mubeen Sheikh, Directors Azeem Haider, Jam Rizwan, Adam Feroz, Deputy Director Irshad Ali and Incharge Debris Removal Rao Shamshad were present.
