Different police stations in District City Police South Zone nabbed twelve accused during various operations, SSP City said. Suspects include 3 motorcycle lifters, 5 wanted drug dealers, a gutka/mawa supplier and a gambler including two absconding suspects. Arrested accused were wanted in IR's issued by police and absconding from court.

Two stolen motorcycles, 1.7 kg hashish, crystal ice, 12 kg gutka/mawa and gambling money was recovered from accused. Accused were arrested from limits of Police Station Baghdadi, Nabi Bakhsh, Napier, Chakiwara, Kalakot, Klari and Eidgah. Meanwhile, accused Muhammad Riaz alias Bond (fugitive), Zakaria alias Zaki (fugitive), Shoaib Ahmed, Numan, Muhammad Hanif, Abdul Taif, Muhammad Rabi, Asghar Ali. Aka State, Ghulam Haider, Abdul Qadir, Khalid Hanif alias Lamba and Rehan Qureshi were being interrogated. Cases under relevant section were registered against arrested accused.
