Karachi: An emergent Biparjoy Cyclone meeting with SSP District Central in chair with SHOs from three SP divisions, SDPO sub divisions and officials from District Central reviewed agenda In light of orders of IG Sindh.

Officials were given instructions regarding relief work to protect life and property of people and protect them from possible destruction and damage in case of possible storm Biperjoy.

SSP District Central issued instructions to all officials to be vigilant on roads and highways and provide all possible help to public. SSP said that District Police will work in coordination with relief camp and staff organised by DC Central Taha Saleem and provide all possible support.

Apart from this, SHOs District Central will keep tow trucks in their respective areas to help possible stranded vehicles in rain. Mechanics and necessary spare parts besides first aid should also be in hand.

Apart from this, immediate steps should also be taken to remove billboards and hoardings etc installed on roadsides in area, he added. SSP told officials about arrest of fugitives by security personnel in past days.
