Deteriorating judicial system leading towards complete disaster: Lawyer Hashmat Habib

KARACHI: World Justice Report assess ranking of Pakistan’s Judicial system and performance of Judges close to bottom of 139 countries and one question by Justice Qazi Faez Isa put to an audience in Judicial Conference confirmed this truth which is an unbearable alarm.

Hashmat Habib President Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz Adlia with a heavy heart opined that entire judicial system right from selection of judges to dispensation of cases requires complete replacement as a failed judicial system being based on British practice.
