Despicable utterances and statements

Though there is more than a week but former PM Imran Khan's yet another despicable statement is talk of the town, with political and social and intellectual circles flaying the IK for what they call deliberate bids on part of Imran Khan to malign the Pakistan army and create hatred against them.

One would agree with the ruling coalition who have rightly accused IK  of spreading hatred against the Pakistan Army and its leadership by issuing statement like the one he issued regarding the next army chief's appointment with the view to making it controversial. As a matter of fact, Imran Khan's controversial and insane statements are not a new occurrence. In fact, his journey on political front started with mere verbosity which changed into vehement verbal abuse and verbal attacks on his opponents with the passage of time.

Off late 'the cat is fully out of the bag' as he has become a sort of extremist, by launching a full-scale verbal suicide attacks on the country's and its institutions. Recently, he stated in clear terms on 'how the country will be break up into three pieces, the military will be destroyed and the country's will be de-nuclearized'. His  statements remind one of the wise words by late PPP leader Senator Rahman Malik, who while depicting the real mindset of Mr IK, used to call Imran Khan as 'Taliban Khan' which sounds quite relevant right now in the context of IK's latest insane utterances.

As a matter of fact, closely examining the insane and extreme statements issued by the former PM IK during fits of profanity, it becomes evident how he has been begging for intervention by military into politics for the last two months after his ouster from the power through No Confidence Vote, making direct and indirect appeals to the establishment to restore him but now that he has become sure that the armed forces and establishment are not interfering in politics, he has opted for crossing all limits by launching an overall suicide attack on the integrity of the country and the armed forces.  His three-pronged agenda i.e.

Break-up of the country; destruction of the armed forces and de-nuclearisation of the country seems to be his inner wish but the nation is united in thwarting his nefarious designs. Till now he has been successful in unsettling the economy after coming into power on  false promises, but Thank God his government has ended and now the people are awakened to his anti-state agenda and will not let him play havoc with the integrity of the country at any cost.

His past statements during this political journey till now like 'the umpire has raised fingers' which he uttered during a public rally before his coming into power; 'women rights are not human rights' as he said on the sideline of OIC conference in Islamabad, his statement on working women like 'the western concept of working woman has undermined the concept of motherhood',  and his views on rising rape cases in Pakistan, with IK putting the blame on victim women for  what he called 'not wearing full clothes and observing 'purdah' and his sexist remarks on female politicians and his lured attack on Army in US-Ukrainian conflict, saying 'only animals do not take sides' are to name a few.

His statements are not only taken in bad sense but prompt a whole-scale backlash and an extreme 'outcry from the civil society.   While his views on working women irked the entire womenfolk around the globe, his remarks on Women's Rights in Afghanistan caused a backlash and condemnation from the Afghan women, who told Imran in clearer words not to support Taliban on violation of the rights of Afghan women, reminding him that  Afghan Culture holds women in high esteem and their history is replete with stories of utmost bravery like Rabia Balkhi, an influential royal; Gawharshad Begum, who was a renowned political personality in the Taimurid dynasty and Malalai Kakar, who is household name for her courage in Afghan society.  The never ending series of U-Turn and nonsense utterance make it binding upon the nation to take him to task as unfortunately IK has assumed politics as a dirty game where he deems it fit to make dirty tricks to dominate the scene.

Time has come he should be booked under the treason act for his whole-scale drive against country and its institutions. One wonder as to why the IK has been exempted, as his statements are tantamount to committing the crime of treason. In fact,  on fails to quote and relate any sobering words on issues confronting this nation, or the human beings particularly the  women folks, Whether it is his redundant views on social values, his thorough anti-human remarks on women's rights in Afghanistan, which has been tuned into a Dante's inferno for the Afghan   Women by Taliban, or his abusive verbal attacks on his opponents and political foes, or his profanity-laden allegations that US orchestrated conspiracies against govt,  IK's remarks are not the ones to be defined as statements by a saner element. His journey from verbosity to lethal verbal attacks to now an all-out verbal suicidal attacks on the state are a clear indication of his insane mentality and mindset as his views on burning issues fall within the category of crazy, senseless, stupid, controversial, inhumane and ridiculous stuff. Time has come the nation should spring into action to stand united to thwart the imminent danger posed by IK's outbursts.

On the hand, many an analyst and intellectuals are of the view they by spitting continuous venom, IK's ideologies will die their own death.  One may agree with them to certain extent as Imran Khan's extreme mindset will let him down.
