Death toll in Lasbela cylinder blast rises to 12

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given time to counsel for PTI Chairman Imran Khan to file written reply on petition seeking Imran Khan’s disqualification for concealing his alleged daughter Tyrian Jade White.

Case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq here. Suleman Akram Raja advocate, Suleman Abouzar Niazi and Azhar Siddique advocate appeared in court on behalf of Imran Khan.

CJ IHC inquired during hearing of case if any lawyer of Lahore has not   been left behind. Lawyers of Imran Khan sought time to file reply.

Court remarked attorney power of lawyer of Imran Khan has come and we are giving time to him to file reply.

Counsel for Election Commission also appeared and told court this matter has come before us several times earlier and applications were rejected.

Counsels for Imran Khan told court Tyrian matter has already been decided.  Court remarked you should file your reply about it. Hearing of disqualification case was adjourned till January 19.
