Institutions should be informed immediately and co-operation with each other to maintain law and order. He directed officers of concerned departments of District to clean areas surrounding masajid, imambargahs and meeting places of majalis in all zones of District ahead and improve lighting arrangements. Scholars highlighted importance of Muharram and mourning.

They said that mourning is an act of worship that has been going on for 1400 years and will continue until Day of Judgment. Management of masajid and imambargahs in central district and representatives of procession committees explained issues of their respective areas, including cleanliness, road repair, especially performance of sewage lines and unannounced load shedding by K-Electric.  Emphasis was placed on paying more attention to load shedding issues. In meeting, performance of District administration was appreciated, while performance of K. Electric and Water and Sewerage Board was severely criticised. Taha Salim assured all possible cooperation to solve problems.

Meanwhile, Central District administration and Central Municipality strive to provide best civic and municipal services to Hussain mourners. Procession routes, meeting places, masajid and imambargahs are cleaned and better arrangements are made for lighting, while special medical camps and water fountains are provided by district administration on procession routes.  Law enforcement agencies, police and Rangers personnel perform their duties diligently to maintain law and order and ensure peaceful conduct of processions.
