Karachi: Under Deputy Commissioner and Administrator and Chairman Development Committee District Central Taha Salim a special meeting was held to take stock of pace of completion of various development projects in District. Representatives of Works and Services, Karachi Water and Sewerage Board, KDA, KMC, SBCA and DMC were present.

Taha Saleem directed officials of departments to use all available resources to complete ongoing projects in District in timely manner so that dwellers can have better urban environment.

Officials of development projects briefed Taha Saleem about latest situation regarding their respective projects, according to which encroachment removal, construction and repair of roads, water and sewerage lines in district as well. 

Stage of completion of mega projects, including installation of parks and playgrounds, development project on routes of Peoples’ Bus Service going smoothly and all possible measures are being taken to deliver foundation on time. All ongoing development projects in district have full support of government of Sindh. Foundation will be completed in time and residents of District will see positive improvement in urban life.
