Actress Daniya Anwar, known for her role in hit drama serial 'Habs', has opened up about physical and mental abuse she endured during her six-year marriage, despite marrying for love.

During recent interview, Anwar shared that she got married to man five years older than her at age of 19.

While she faced some initial problems in her marriage, she struggled to understand them due to her young age and ultimately endured six years of violence and exploitation.

Despite her efforts to save marriage, Anwar was forced to file for divorce. However, aftermath was not easy, as people close to her began labeling her as "Bad woman."

Actress revealed that she sought help of psychiatrists to overcome trauma and forget her abusive past.
