KARACHI: CPLC Karachi-South in joint raid with Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested kingpin of outlawed terrorist group’s extortion wing from Swat. “Abdul Ghani, head of outlawed TTP’s extortion wing, has been arrested from Swat,” sources at Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) shared. “Raid was conducted jointly with CTD on indication of two accused arrested in Karachi earlier,” sources said. “Accused Abdul Ghani had also issued murder threat to Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province,” sources said. “His arrest was also challenge to KP government,” according to sources.

“Arrested extortionist of outlawed TTP, Abdul Ghani, is being shifted to Karachi,” sources said.
