Courts approved bail of Hassan Niazi in two cases

LAHORE: Lahore Courts granted bail to Hassan Niazi, focal person of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in two cases. Sessions court Lahore has approved bail plea of Hassan Niazi against surety bonds of Rs 50,000 in case of preventing Islamabad police in matter of compliance of arrest warrants of Imran Khan.

Court while adjourning hearing of case till April 8 summoned investigation officer along with progress report. On other hand Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved Hassan Niazi bail in case of inciting PTI workers for violence against police and jalao, gherao. ATC has granted bail to Hassan Niazi till April 8.

Court ordered accused to join investigation.
