Court nullifies decision of sealing Lal Haveli

RAWALPINDI: Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has declared null and void decision of sealing Lal Haveli of former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed.
Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf of Lahore High Court of Rawalpindi bench announced judgment. Decision on cancellation of both of ownership registries of Lal Haveli was nullified. High Court ordered Lal Haveli be de-sealed forthwith. Chairman will hear department reference regarding Lal Haveli afresh.
Talking to media men outside court Sheikh Rasheed said Lal Haveli is owned by us. We leave everything on Almighty Allah. Pakistan Army is our great Army. General Asim corrected economy. Gen Asim Munir and Gen Nadim Malik are working for country. He held May 9 was an accursed programme. We were and are with Pakistan Army. I apologize if I have committed any mistake.
