Court issues nonbailable arrest warrants of Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Court has issued non bailable arrest warrants of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in female judge threatening case. Civil judge Malik Aman of district and Sessions court has issued non bailable arrest warrants.

Court also dismissed exemption plea of Imran Khan for one day. Court has ordered to present Imran Khan on April 18. Case came up for hearing in court yesterday. At inception of hearing of counsels for Imran Khan requested court to keep restore bailable arrest warrants of Imran Khan. Lawyers said Imran Khan is facing life threat. High court has also issued notice regarding withdrawal of security from him.

Judicial magistrate Malik Aman remarked no one has appeared from governemnt side. We see what is said by government. Counsel for Imran Khan said he is going to high court just now. Judge remarked you can go if you will so as your arguments have come. An interval was made. Later court announced its decision. Court remarked exemption plea from attendance in court for today is rejected. Court while issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Imran Khan ordered to present him in court on April 18.
