Court fixes March 11 for indictment of Elahi, others in PA case

LAHORE: Anti-Corruption Court (ACC) Lahore has fixed March 11 for indictment of former Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and other accused in alleged illegal appointments in Punjab Assembly (PA) case.

Judge Arshid Hussain Bhutta of ACC took up case against Pervaiz Elahi and others for hearing. Court summoned Pervaiz Elahi and others for indictment on March 11. Court directed prosecution to distribute copies of challan among all accused persons. Court ordered all accused to appear on next hearing.
