LAHORE: A Lahore court extended interim bail of PTI leaders till May 16 in case pertaining to arson and violence against police at Zaman Park. Hearing was held on interim bails of PTI leaders. PTI leaders Farrukh Habib, Ejaz Chaudhry, Hammad Azhar and Mahmoodur Rashid appeared in court.

Court allowed Farrukh Habib, Mian Mehmoodur Rashid and Ejaz Chaudhry to go after marking attendance. PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry filed plea for exemption from attending court. Petition stated that Fawad Chaudhry was part of PTI negotiations team with government.

Court asked Hammad Azhar that which date should be fixed for next hearing. Hammad Azhar said that elections were to be held on May 14 and they had to go to Islamabad on 17.

Court then asked whether elections were going to be held on May 14 or not.
