Court accepts bail plea of Ali Gandapur in case registered in Golra police station

ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has accepted bail plea of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur in regard to case registered in Golra Police Station against him. Court directed Ali Amin to submit two surety bonds against Rs 3 lac each. Additional Sessions Judge Sikandar Khan announced reserved judgment regarding acceptance of bail plea of Ali Amin Gandapur.

Investigation officer filed his reply in court of additional sessions judge Sikandar Khan. It is pertinent to mention here that court had reserved judgment on bail before arrest plea in case registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Golra Police station during previous hearing of case on completion of arguments of Sher Afzal Murrawat counsel for Ali Amin and prosecutor Adnan Ali.
