Country’s stability only on implementation of rule of law: CJP

QUETTA: Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial has said that judiciary is trying to implement Constitution and everyone has to contribute for peace in society.
Addressing ceremony at Supreme Court Quetta Registry, Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial has said state holds significance as mother. Country can only turn stable and will be developed by [implementing] rule of law.
Chief Justice further said judiciary is trying to implement Constitution. Truth and honesty should not be left behind, everyone has to contribute for peace and tranquility in society. “Differences among everyone needs to be resolved. Protecting national institutions is also our job and if law and court are not respected, there will be chaos in country,” he added.
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial further said everyone should walk together in current situation and sacrifices have to be made for development of nation.
