Conviction of ‘darling’ suspended, not ‘abolished’: Shehbaz

LONDON: Former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said conviction of darling has been suspended and has not been abolished. He said this in statement while reacting to suspension of PTI Chairman sentence in Toshakhana case.
He said that message of ‘good to see you and wishing you good luck reached Islamabad High Court.
If everyone knows what will be decision before announcement of decision then it should be matter of grave concern for justice system. If clear message is received from superior court that subordinate court should not do this then it should do what.
He said monitoring judge was appointed to ensure conviction of Nawaz Sharif and Chief Justice himself became monitoring judge to save darling. This role of justice system will be written in black chapter of history.
He said tilting scale and justice system hurting justice is not acceptable.
