CM Sindh disqualification: SHC seeks reply from AG in 3 weeks

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) sought report from Advocate General in Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah’s disqualification case. As per details, SHC issued notice to AG and sought report within three weeks on Murad Ali Shah’s disqualification. Petitioner Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi told court to restore his plea for disqualification of CM Sindh.
He said that plea was rejected in his absence as he was hospitalised after suffering from paralysis. He also submitted his medical reports in court. Petitioner further added that he request court to restore his plea to disqualify Murad Ali Shah. A citizen named Roshan Ali Buriro requested disqualification of Murad Ali Shah on Iqama and dual citizenship.
