CM Punjab takes notice of abandoned bodies found on roof of Nishtar Hospital

MULTAN: Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has taken notice of abandoned dead bodies found on roof of Nishtar Hospital Multan.

CM Punjab has sought report in this regard from secretary health care and medical education. CM while ordering to probe into presence of abandoned bodies on roof of Nishtar Hospital has said action be initiated against responsible persons.

Nishtar Medical university spokesperson Dr Sajjad Masood has said number of unidentified bodies found on roof of Nishtar Hospital was 4. Bodies which are dried up naturally are for study of students and four to five years old body is used for studies of students. He said CPO was informed about unidentified bodies earlier.
