CM Murad, CG Turkiye discuss flood situation, relief works

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Consul General of Turkiye in Karachi Cemal Sangu discussed flood situation and relief works. Turkish government has assured provision of all kinds of humanitarian aid and assistance to flood victims in Pakistan. Both persons discussed matters of flood situation in Sindh and relief works in detail.

Thanking Turkiye government for providing aid from first day, Chief Minister told senior Turk diplomat about dire need for tents and mosquito nets for flood affectees. “Floods have caused devastation at large scale in various parts of Sindh.” Consul General said that Turkiye is standing with people of Sindh in this difficult time and all possible cooperation will be provided to mitigate suffering of flood victims.
