CM Murad, Cabinet members visit Mazar-e-Quaid, offer fateha

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s 146th birth anniversary said we should reaffirm our commitment to steer country out of different crises by forging unity and discipline so that country he founded could flourish.
Talking to media at Mazar-e-Quaid along with his Cabinet members to pay tribute to father of nation on his 146th birth anniversary Shah said that nation needed unity to face all challenges, including financial and reemerging wave of terrorism, so this beloved country that Quaid-e-Azam founded with his untiring efforts, visions and sagacity could attain new vistas of development and prosperity.
He said that new wave of terrorism had started emerging. Incident of Banu and Islamabad are condemnable, nation would nip in bud all nefarious designs of enemies of this country, he said. He said that on this day we must remember sacrifices and struggles of people of Kashmir for their just cause. He added that people of Pakistan were with oppressed people of Kashmir. CM recalled problems of people affected by devastating floods. “Winter has multiplied their problems and we all must help them at this time of need,” he said.
Earlier, CM was received by his Cabinet members, Chief Secretary, IG Police, Commissioner Karachi and others on arrival at Mazar. CM also received Governor Kamran Tessori at Mazar.
