CM Maryam wants air ambulance service functional in June

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz directed officials to start air ambulance project by next month. Chief Minister chaired meeting to review progress made on air ambulance and emergency services in Punjab.
Secretary of emergency services Dr Rizwan Naseer gave briefing on air ambulance and training of CPR in this regard. “Air ambulance will be used in far-flung areas to shift patients in situation of emergency,” said CM Maryam Nawaz. She directed to start CPR training for students in schools, colleges and universities. Chief Minister was told that process of mock exercise has been completed for air ambulance service.
