CM Domki seeks utilisation of administrative secretaries' experience

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki said that conception prevailed that development funds were not used in Balochistan, adding he would strive to remove that conception during interim period of provincial government.

 

During his introductory meeting with administrative secretaries of province here "Purpose of meeting was to convey guidelines of interim government to administrative secretaries besides introduction". CM Domki said conducting fair and transparent election was his foremost priority, adding that good governance was inevitable to be improved in order to conduct election impartially.

 

He said that guidelines issued by Election Commission of Pakistan had been provided to all provincial departments for implementation in its true letter and spirit. "Strikes do not suit officers, therefore, officers of Balochistan Civil Service and Balochistan Secretariat Service ought to have shown patience and tolerance", he said. Issue between BCS and BSS cadres of province would be resolved after reviewing point of view of both BCS and BSS cadres. "Being son of soil, I know problems of Balochistan", remarked Domki, adding, "In my view, law and order situation, education, health and non-availability of pure drinking water were biggest problems".

 

All administrative secretaries were experienced and professional, adding he wished experience and professionalism of administrative secretaries were utilised for progress and development of province. Administrative secretaries gave detailed briefings about performance of their respective departments.
