CM Balochistan approves compensation for cylinder blast victims

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo approved compensation for victims and injured persons of Lasbela’s gas cylinder blast.

According to statement issued by Chief Minister’s Secretariat here, summary initiated by Home and Tribal Affairs Department regarding grant of compensation to be paid to victims and injured of Lasbela’s gas cylinder blast has been approved by Chief Minister Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo.

An amount of Rs 1500,000 would be paid to victims, Rs 500,000 to critically injured while Rs 200,000 to injured with minor injuries. It is pertinent to mention Chief Minister Balochistan accorded approval in light of recommendations of ‘Compensation Committee’ headed by Deputy Commissioner Lasbela constituted to make recommendations for compensation to be paid to victims and injured of Lasbela gas cylinder blast.
