Cleric, Gov Punjab discuss harmony, peace

Lahore: A delegation of scholars led by Maulana Owais Ahmed called on Governor Punjab Balighur Rehman here.

Governor Punjab Baligh ur Rahman said that ulemas have key role in promoting peace, brotherhood and religious tolerance in society. He said that love, tolerance and tolerance have been emphasised in Islam and by following these orders, society can be made cradle of peace and love.
